Pre-Season Practice Opportunities Begin on Tuesday, September 16
A coach will be on deck to lead informal practices this Tuesday, September 16 and Thursday, September 18 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at Central Penn.
These unofficial and informal practices will be held during the month of September, October and first week of November until full team practices begin. Specific days will vary from week to week. Practice opportunities with a coach on deck will increase as we approach the official season.
The pre-season practices are NOT sponsored by the school and any swimmer that chooses to attend will have to have a membership with the Central Penn Fitness Center.
These sessions are being offered as an option to all returning and potential new team members. No registration is required, and attendance will not be recorded. Attendance is strictly voluntary. Swimmers choose to attend because they want to attend.
