A pre-season information and planning meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 16 at 6:30 p.m. in the high school cafeteria. All returning and potential new parents to the program should plan to attend this meeting. Students may also attend this meeting but the information discussed will primarily be addressed to parents.

The following topics will be covered:
1. Collect contact information for new and returning members.
2. Review practice and meet schedules.
3. Review meet expectations for swimmers and volunteers.
4. Review general expectations for swimmers.

The 2018 MPC Swim Coaches meeting will be held on October 22 at 6:30 p.m. in the HS Cafeteria at Cumberland Valley HS.

The PIAA Rules Interpretation Meeting will follow at 7:15 p.m.

Students who have not yet completed a physical (for the fall season) and handed in the corresponding paperwork should complete a physical exam on Monday, November 5 at Bishop McDevitt High School. Girls appointmenst will begin at 9:00 a.m. and boys will follow. Paperwork will be posted on the Bishop McDevitt High School web site.

First non-mandatory practice - Monday, November 12. All practices will be held from 3:30-5:45 p.m. at the Central Penn Fitness Center.

Size verification and orders for team warm-ups will also be completed on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

There will be a brief non mandatory parent's meeting on Tuesday November 13 at 6:00 p.m. (immediately after practice). The location of the meeting is the meeting room at Central Penn - on the main level just beyond the entry desk.

The main topics of this meeting include the collection of warm-up forms, ordering team suits and bags, and the team sponsored Pancake Breakfast scheduled for November 23.

Other topics will be covered as time permits. Questions are also welcome and encouraged.
