The first unofficial day of practice is scheduled for Monday November 11. More detailed information will be provided in the coming weeks.

**VERY IMPORTANT** Swimmers, parents, and any guests will not be permitted access to Central Penn until a waiver release form is completed and returned to the Central Penn front desk. If you have not already completed a waiver form, please complete one now or plan to complete one at the club.

St. Thomas Roasters coffee orders and payment should be turned in on or before the December 2nd practice.

Please give the orders and payment to either Ann or Dan Delp. The coffee will be available for pick-up and delivery on December 10th or 11th at practice.
