Fitter &\; Faster is excited to share a special opportunity for our Gator swimmers and other swimmers in the Harrisburg area! Olympic gold medalists Bobby Finke and Nick Thoman will lead an elite backstroke and freestyle technique swim camp that we are hosting at the Friendship YMCA on October 3-4\, 2026.
Bobby Finke is the current world record holder in the 1500 freestyle and the two-time defending Olympic Champion in that event. Nick Thoman is an Olympic gold medalist and former world record holder in the 100 short course meter backstroke.

The team has also been provided the opportunity to customize the menu with our own food offerings (additional profit). We are requesting the donation of certain food items.
The team will receive a portion of the profits generated from sales during the game. Members of the Swimming &\; Diving will need to provide volunteers to prepare and serve food and drinks. A volunteer list broken down by shifts is provided below.
Stadium gates open at 5\:30. We will need several volunteers during \\"shift #1\\" to arrive at 5\:00 to begin set-up and food preparation.
Volunteers are asked to arrive a few minutes before their designated times.
