First Official Swim Practice &\; Normal Schedule Begins
First official practice for the 2023-24 season is scheduled for Friday November 17.
Practices are held every Monday-Friday from 3\:45-6\:00 p.m. at the Central Penn Fitness Center.
The season concludes on Saturday\, March 16 (PIAA Championship Meet).

The team captains have organized a team social for Tuesday\, December 5 at Infinitos Pizza Buffet\, 4239 Union Deposit Rd\, Harrisburg.
Members of McD Swimming &\; Diving will be at Infinitos from approximately 6\:30-7\:30/8\:00 p.m. - it depends how much you like pizza \:)
All swimmers and divers are invited to attend this informal dinner. Parents may also join the group. Swimmers will be dismissed from Tuesday evening's practice a little early to accommodate this event.
