Winter sport physical packets and recertification forms are posted on the Swimming &\; Diving team website (below). If a student is not currently competing in a fall sport\, the full physical packet must be completed. If a student is already in a fall sport\, only the recertification form needs to be completed.
Families have the option of having a physical completed by their personal doctor.

In preparation for this event\, there will be an informal parents' meeting immediately after swim practice on Monday\, November 13 at 6\:00 p.m. at the Central Penn Fitness Center. The expectation is that this meeting will only last 15-20 minutes.

First official practice for the 2023-24 season is scheduled for Friday November 17.
Practices are held every Monday-Friday from 3\:45-6\:00 p.m. at the Central Penn Fitness Center.
The season concludes on Saturday\, March 16 (PIAA Championship Meet).
