The coaches request that ALL swimmers attend.
Swimmers should bring a pen or pencil and an extra towel to Friday's practice. If a swimmer has not yet submitted their physical/recertification forms or is not officially cleared to swim\, their attendance during the team meeting is still requested. Swimmers that are not cleared to swim will be excused after the team meeting.
Team meetings and/or dryland will take place each day between 3\:45-4\:30. In-water practice is from 4\:30-6\:00.
