DESCRIPTION:<p>The first unofficial swim practice is Monday\, November 16.  Monday's practice will be reserved for NEW SWIMMERS ONLY.  </p>
 <p>Unofficial practices will run from 3\:45-6\:00 p.m. (in-water from 4\:30-6\:00) on the four days preceding the first official practice.  Attendance is not mandatory but strongly encouraged for any student new to the team this season.  All practices are held at the Central Penn Fitness Center.</p>
 <p>Please make sure the following forms are completed prior to the start of swim practice.</p>
