Wednesday sessions will be strength based and are recommended for swimmers with or who expect to achieve district or state times.
Fridays\: 3\:45-4\:05 in the pool solarium at Central Penn
All levels are welcome. The primary focus for Friday sessions will be core strength\, stability and flexibility.
The team captains have organized a team social and \\"5th Annual eating contest\\" for Friday\, December 8 at Infinitos.
Time\: Immediately following practice until 7\:30 - 8\:00ish.
